Our Story
Welcome to Freedom Christian Center! It is our pleasure to introduce ourselves to you! We look forward to meeting you in person, so please come on by and worship with us at 10:00am on Sunday or 7:00pm on Wednesday.
It is our heart’s desire and calling to follow Jesus faithfully and help build an army of faithful Christians who love God and others well. We are called to equip believers to do the work of the ministry and to impact our community--one life at a time. It is our passion to provide a place where people, just like you, can have a life changing experience with God. Since its inception in 1987, Pastors Tim and Kelly Franklin have kept their eye on growing this body of believers with a heart to love God and love people while cooperating with the presence and direction of Holy Spirit and all of the gifts He brings. In all things we value love, prayer, and praise as we endeavor to live Christ in our everyday lives.
Come and join us in an atmosphere of freedom as we worship, get equipped, and pursue expanding God’s Kingdom in us and to those we encounter, whether in our local everyday lives, the Unites States, or globally! When you come in, just take a look up and see the flags representing actual mission journeys by people here at Freedom Christian Center (Haiti, Guatemala, Cambodia, Israel, Peru, and Zambia just to name a few)!
More than anything, we hope you will experience the presence of God and burn to pursue Him in all of who you are and in all that you do. We offer many opportunities for you step into community with us and grow in your gifts and talents by reason of use through training, volunteering, and leading as you are equipped to put your hands to the plow with us we all do the work of the ministry! |
