FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. What is the purpose of the Dream Team at Freedom Christian Center?
We seek to bring people, of all ages and walks of life, into a deeper relationship with God and make His purposes for their life clearer to them by explaining the meaning of the dreams they dream.
Q. What is the purpose of dreams?
Since the earliest of times, God has spoken to people in and through their dreams. This is because when we are asleep the resistance of our mind, will and emotions cannot interfere with what God wants to say to us . He has our undivided attention! Sometimes the meaning of a dream is clear and requires no one else to interpret it, but many times dreams have a mysterious quality that causes us to pursue their meaning. God desires that we pursue Him for the meaning, because the interpretation of dreams comes from God.
Q. How are the Dream Team members trained and prepared?
All members of this ministry have undergone approximately 24 hours of comprehensive training by individuals with vast experience and understanding of the ways in which God communicates to people through dreams. This training is rooted and grounded in Biblical principles, concepts and symbols used throughout Scripture. Many team members have also undergone an additional 12 hours of advanced training to further the skills and abilities God has given them. This team also meets together regularly to sharpen and improve their skills, and to maintain a level of accountability to ensure we maintain the proper motivations and attitudes.
Q. How is my dream interpreted?
Your dream is received by the Dream Team Coordinator and assigned a number in a log (your name does not appear anywhere on the electronic form you submit your dream with). The coordinator then assigns your dream to a team for interpretation. If necessary, additional teams will review to assist or confirm the interpretation. Team members pray over your dream and seek God for the interpretation. When complete, the dream is returned to the coordinator for review. The dream and its interpretation are then returned to the dreamer.
Q. Is the information I include in my dream protected?
All information submitted with a dream is treated with respect; the only people who see your dream are Dream Team members. The names of people in your dream can sometimes be significant and contribute to the interpretation of your dream; please include them if possible. However, if you desire the dream to be anonymous, do not include others’ names if that would allow someone who read it to identify you. Your identity is protected and will be known only by the Dream Team Coordinator. Furthermore, no personal information is necessary or desired when you submit a dream.

Q. What do I do with the interpretation of my dream?
- Pray over the interpretation. Contact the Team Leader if you have questions or are unclear of the interpretation.
- Ask God what the next step is. Take your time. Be sure about what, if anything needs to be done next. Consider other dreams you have had. Ask for help if necessary.
- Seek counsel from someone spiritually mature, like your pastor or a leader in your church, before you make any major decisions (changing jobs, getting married, moving to a new city, etc.).
