For everyone attending (Adults and Minors): Signed Waiver/Releases from Freedom Christian Center (Waiver #1) and Eagles Landing (Waiver #2) will required for each person attending this event. (Forms can be downloaded through the green buttons). Bring the completed forms with you on the day of the event.
