January 5: One Unshakable Truth!

1 Chronicles 16:34 – “Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His faithful love endures forever.”

In this verse, in the midst of national celebration, as the ark of God finally rested in Jerusalem, David didn’t point the people to their own achievements. He pointed them to one unshakable truth: God is good. Not just sometimes, not just when the battles are won and the music swells—He is good always! His goodness isn’t earned by our victories or diminished by our failures. Goodness flows from who He is: LOVE! His covenant-keeping, never-giving-up mercy—endures forever. Seasons may change, economies rise and fall; our hearts waver; success can be grand—yet His love stands like an immovable mountain revealing His goodness. Every sunrise, every breath, every second chance whispers the same message: “I am good, and I will never stop loving you.”

Prayer:  “Lord, we thank You, for You are good, and Your love endures forever. Amen.”
