Tim and Kelly Franklin

As Founding and Senior Pastors of Freedom Christian Center, Tim and Kelly Franklin are known for their strong prophetic gifting, passion for raising up leaders, zeal for prayer, and relevance in preaching the Word of God.  Tim and Kelly have two adult sons-Joshua and Caleb, and a daughter-in-law Heather. Their family lives in Melbourne, Florida, where FCC began in 1987.  

Tim and Kelly have a passion for equipping the body of Christ and releasing them into their areas of giftedness. They have an apostolic call to plant three churches, a school of ministry, along with a heart for the nations. They have ministered to pastors and church leaders in 38 nations of the world. They strongly desire to see the Kingdom of God established in people’s lives and are passionate to see souls saved to the Glory of God. 

Tim’s educational background includes: a Bachelors of Religion from Olivet Nazarene University, a Master's Degree from Nazarene Theological Seminary, a Doctor of Ministry degree from Fuller Seminary and twenty-five years pastoral experience.

Kelly has a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and has twenty-five years of critical care nursing experience. She continues to co-pastor with her husband, overseeing the ministry areas at Freedom as well as teaching and administrating the training of the prophetic teams.
