GOD'S CALL
Fishers of Men Ministries International was founded by Jay and Linda Threadgill in 1986. Delivered from a life of drugs, alcohol and failure, this dynamic couple proves the reality of the life-changing God whom they preach.

Called to the mission field in 1983, Jay and Linda knew God had chosen them to carry the message of life, love and hope to a dying world. After a series of “boot camp” experiences, they realized their call was to Haiti.

CHURCH PLANTING
Since 1987, Jay and Linda have planted 25 churches, and are senior ministers of the mother church in the nation’s capital of Port-au-Prince, Church on the Rock—which has grown from 6 to over 6000 souls every Sunday Morning!

ACADEMIC DEVELOPMENT
Morning Star Christian Academy in Port-au-Prince has moved to its new facility and opened with an increase in enrollment to 165 students. Through the help of your support, we are now considered one of the top Christian schools in Haiti.

Along with Morning Star, we have also established 12 academic schools throughout the nation, as well as four accredited Bible schools, including a main school plus three extension schools in the provinces.

OUTREACH
In addition to Church and school operations, Fishers of Men hosts short term mission teams that join in Haiti for Jesus crusades, covering the island with evangelism, medical clinics and church/school construction.

FEEDING PROGRAM
We have been blessed to minister to "the least of these" with our Children's Feeding Program. Partner with us and sponsor a child.
