Our Vision

Deep Waters is a young adults' ministry where ages 18-30 can connect with each other. Through the Word, we look at our own lives and see how we can deepen our love for God and one another.  It is also our desire to build our relationships with each other through both fun and service oriented activities.

We have snacks and a fellowship time along with interactive activities. Next, we have a time of worship and teaching with discussion. Once a month we will have an activity open to all young adults at Freedom.  In the past, we have had beach days, guy’s camp out, girl’s sleepover, beach bonfires, kayaking, and bowling. We help out in the community and go on mission trips together.

"Throughout my life, many people have confirmed the pastoral gift and calling that I have come to know is God’s grace in my life. I first began to realize this gift in 2002, when I was asked to lead a young adult Bible study. In 2005, I began attending FCC and recommitted my life to the Lord. Since that time, I have whole-heartedly pursued my walk with the Lord and have stepped into leading our young adult ministry along with my wife, Heather. It has been a life changing and equipping experience for me.

I love worshipping, discussing the Word of God, going on mission trips, and just hanging out together with other young adults."
