Doorkeeper and stand at the threshold in the house of my God than to dwell [at ease] in the tents of wickedness.

Greeters are doorkeepers in the house of the Lord.

Most of the time greeters are the very first impression visitors get of FCC. Visitors are looking for ATTENTION. They want to see if we
Are friendly and an outgoing body. Do we CARE: a smile, opening the door for them, a handshake, directions, etc.

But greeters are also there for the body of FCC as well. We all have
Struggles and test from time to time that smile on Sunday may make a difference to someone.. They maybe alone and that hug may have to last them a week…

The schedules are very flexible usually if you greet on Sunday morning you are scheduled every other month. Some more often as they have requested it ( because they love to greet). Wednesday night is a little different that is normally every 4-6 weeks. Until we get more greeters for Wed night.
